Ideal as a non-alcoholic aperitif and with light, delicately spiced dishes. Particularly lovely with toast topped with smoked salmon, chicken strips in tarragon sauce or a mild Gruyère; a quiche with leek and goat’s cheese is also an excellent match.
Since 1829, Mauler has been producing sparkling wines with an unmistakable signature at the former Benedictine priory of St-Pierre in Môtiers. The historic cellars of the Val-de-Travers remain at the heart of the family estate, which consistently combines tradition and innovation. With Rêve de Bulles, Mauler brings its expertise to the world of non-alcoholic indulgence: sparkling, contemporary and created for a new way of toasting.
Pale, brilliant gold with fine perlage. On the nose, white blossoms combine with light fruits and subtle hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, supported by lively acidity and a delicate, pleasantly integrated sweetness. An aromatic, light finish rounds off the non-alcoholic effervescence.
Produced in France, the wine is gently de-alcoholised at a low temperature under vacuum to preserve as much of the aroma and flavour as possible. It is then given its refreshing effervescence.
The grapes come from France; specific vineyards or single plots are not specified. The focus is on the fresh, floral and fruity aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc.
