Culinary recommendation
chevron-down

This Sauvignac is an excellent accompaniment to light to medium-bodied dishes such as summer salads with goat's cheese, poultry dishes with herbs or steamed fish with lemon butter. A vegetable quiche or Asian-inspired dishes with lemongrass and ginger also harmonise perfectly with its freshness and aroma.

Wine history
chevron-down

In 1994, Roland and Karin Lenz started their winery in Iselisberg (TG) as pioneers of organic farming in German-speaking Switzerland. The beginning was anything but easy, but since 2006, the winery has been consistently organic and is now even Demeter-certified. Over 30 PIWI varieties are grown on around 22 hectares with respect for nature, diversity and the future. The multi-award-winning winery stands for innovation, conviction and distinctive organic wines with a high recognition value.

Tasting note
chevron-down

This Sauvignac shines bright straw yellow in the glass. The nose is enveloped by aromas of ripe yellow fruit, accompanied by a delicate, slightly vegetal nuance. On the palate, it is fresh and lively – an animated wine with a clear profile and crisp drinkability.

Vinification
chevron-down

The wine is traditionally aged in stainless steel tanks.
