This Seyval Blanc from Peter Gehring accompanies a variety of culinary moments with elegance and freshness. It goes well with poultry dishes with herbs or citrus notes and also harmonises with veal. Thanks to its lively acidity and minerality, it is also an excellent accompaniment to fish and seafood, light pasta dishes, summer salads and mild goat's cheese.
What began in 2004 with the takeover by Peter and Yvonne Gehring has developed into one of the most exciting family businesses in the Zurich Unterland region. With around 6.6 hectares of vineyards and over 50% Pinot Noir, quality is the hallmark – supported by minimal intervention and maximum finesse. Already awarded several times at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse for Pinot Noir, the focus remains clear: characterful wines that reflect their origins. A quiet connoisseur's project whose style speaks for itself.
The aroma is reminiscent of ripe, exotic fruits and invites you to take the first sip. On the palate, the wine is fresh and accessible, with a gentle attack and a pleasantly soft, harmonious finish. An uncomplicated pleasure with fruity charm.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
