Storage:Unopened bottle: When stored upright in a dark place at a temperature of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 50% to 85%, it has a very long shelf life. Opened bottle: Store in a cool place and protect from light.
Production process:The apricots are harvested at full ripeness, hand-selected, and then fermented. After alcoholic fermentation, the fermented apricot must is distilled in a copper still. The distillate is aged for at least 12 months and reaches its final maturity in oak barrels.
