Production process
The selected fresh Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed on our grape press. After alcoholic fermentation, the mash is slowly distilled in a copper still. Using a rectification column ensures the distillate is of the highest purity and quality. The distillate reaches its final maturity after 12 months of aging in French oak barrels.
A high-quality eau-de-vie made from Valais Pinot Noir grapes, featuring a characteristic and intense fruit flavor, harmoniously complemented by woody notes and hints of vanilla.
